Julius was banned because he was sending specific threats directed AT ROBLOX, like he said he would blow up the HQ with a suicide vest, drop a bomb on it, hire a hitman to kill all the admins, and find a way to make cancer contageous to give it to all the admins. THAT'S why Julius was banned. Yeah, you can definitely get banned for sending specific threats at ROBLOX outside of the game. De trini b epic!

They say they won't ban you for things you do offsite but I've seen moderators delete people for YouTube videos.
