How is there a definite pay if you don't seem to have a lot of cash already? And how would you be paying anyway? With game revenue percentages or just payouts?

The payment is going to be revenue, the definite pay is that I'm going to push this out, even if I have to pour sweat, blood, and tears into it. I can assure that you will get paid, as long as you stick with me till the end.

I already have a team that is doing their jobs, and joining your group means they get new jobs as well as a new head developer.
If you think it though, it's not that easy and arguing about it is just going to make me think of you as more of a pest than someone offering a position.
