Ranks:
You will never ask for ranks, doing this will not get you a rank and if you're pestering the officers about it you may be punished. Ranks are not everything, you are a team, you respect all ranks. For example, a General must respect Recruits as if they were a similar rank, this dies not mean you can't be strict, it only means that you can not be some smartass and harass the Recruit. To be promoted you from ranks after Recruit, you must excel at a training to become promoted. If you are an officer, you must actively host trainings, activity checks, etc. If you are an inactive officer, then consider this your warning, you will be demoted, and if further inactivity, you will be demoted to Senior Sergeant regardless of your current rank. Thank you for reading this rank section of the guide.

IV.
Divisions:
Divisions are another part of you military career, you may be in multiple divisions, but you may only lead one division. To get into a division you must tryout. Some are easy, and some are hard. For example, to get into the Military Police, you must be the rank of Private+ and pass a very hard and strict tryout to get in. Divisions also symbolize what you specialize in. For example, the Air Force, obviously flying planes. Unlike the Military Police which specializes in controlling those who break rules. Thank you for reading the divisions part of the guide.

V.
Events:
1. Training
Trainings are a chance to prove yourself and show the officers what you are made of, remember do not always expect a promotion, you will only get one if you stand out and do good.
2. Basic Military Training
Basic Military Trainings, of BMTs, are made for Recruits and are a way to get promoted, unlike trainings, these are only for Recruits and you only have to follow basic commands to get promoted, skill is not needed to get promoted in a BMT.
3. Award Ceremony
Award Ceremonys are a way to get rewarded in a way that is not being promoted. To get a further explanation look in the Medal Guide in the Medal Awarding group.
4. Rally
Rallys can be for multiple things, they are used to get troops to a place. They can be used to get comrades over before a raid, or for a motivational speech.
5. Raid
Raids are battles with other groups. There re two types of raids, defense and offense. Defensive raids are when another group is attacking you. Offensive raids are when you attack another groups base.
