The chances are that these "achievements" will either be for games created, thumbs up or something DevEx related (all related to developers in one way or another). You know ROBLOX's treatment of the developers all too well, so chances are this is just going to be another subtle act of aiding the major devs while leaving all other people in the dust like they normally do.
If they aren't anything to do with the paragraph, I admit that i'd be genuinely surprised and as a matter of fact quite pleased.
