Hey guys, my name is MadaVoid and this message/suggestion is directed at the ROBLOX staff and to be quite honest, this is more of a rant on how angry I am that the DIY Dominus was recently sold with limited time at approximately 1 AM (UK Time) although there have been many other hats such as the really dumb Celtic Knight hat that was sold late in the UK even though Ireland shares the same time zone. I'm going to cut this suggestion into sections, enjoy and if you agree please reply to this thread with support, I've done this before and the thread was removed and I want ROBLOX to notice this.
Logic -
So for our first section we'll be regarding a very recent hat that came out that was very dumb. The hat itself looked pretty neat and I've already spoke of it, this is of course the Celtic Knight hat which was released early in the morning on the day after St. Patrick's Day for the UK and dumbly enough, Ireland and the UK share the same time zone as Ireland is in the UK. The fact that pretty much mostly/only Americans could buy an Irish based hat is just dumb and I can't get over it. Me being Scottish means that I don't really care that much about the hat, especially since I'm not a big fan of green but I would have still bought that hat as I collect timed hats with limited time. I'm sure there are many Irish folk that are really bothered by this hat and I personally think it's bonkers.
Equality -
Now, this section isn't saying ROBLOX is racist because they aren't racist at all however, they don't seem to care very much for any other countries than Canada and America. It seems that they tried very hard to find North American shops that sell ROBLOX game cards but then when they went to Europe they tried slightly and then in Oceania they gave up and just found two shops that were actually begging them rather than vice versa. As well as that even with us having the lack of shops 'USUALLY' we get the crappest items, especially New Zealand. Just check this month's gift card junk.
The Most Fabulous Red Pork Pie Hat - Australia, New Zealand, Canada - 3/10 (New Zealand's only hat and it looks terrible!)
Red Banded Porkpie - Australia - 2.5/10 (even worse and one of Australia's only two hats)
Red Hipster Specs - UK - 4.5/10 (meh but some like)
The UK has one more good hat this month but the other two are decent. This was definitely one of the UK's luckiest months.
New Zealand had one hat and it was possibly one of the worst Pork Pie Hats yet.
Australia had the two worst hats this month well, not counting the skating hat which America has. Australia only had two hats.
Canada had nine hats, 5 look incredible including one package.
America had nine hats, 6 look incredible including two phenomenal packages.
The only bad hat America has is the Skate Hat and as for Canada only the Pork Pie and Goggles.
I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard for ROBLOX to give the UK, Australia and Oceania a few better hats I mean, it wouldn't cost to much and I'm sure there are many shops willing to already. Maybe Iceland, Asda or Morrisons, wouldn't cost to much for ROBLOX, we already knnow they're incredibly rich.

Release Times -
There is a chance you don't understand what I mean by 'release times' but I am referring to the times an item (usually limited or limited time hats) is released at on the catalog. Due to this there has been times where many players (usually European or Oceanics) have to stay up very late, usually up to 3 in the morning or worse just to get hats. I did this at the midnight event which was very much later than that as I stayed up to eight and then dozed off. I got my hand on most hats but after I was asleep the Dominus Astra and other hats were released. I wouldn't have been able to afford it but many players could have that lost out on getting it cheap(ish). More than just that, as prior mentioned the DIY Deadly Dark Dominus was released and as hyped for that as I was, it wasn't released at a suitable time for us Europeans. This has been seen happening for years now and this HAS to stop.

I am going to piece this as much as I can.
ROBLOX is a North American company in California, USA owned by a North American company in California. On top of that, ROBLOX has HORRIBLE localization. I am certain ALL of ROBLOX staff are in North America.
I don't think ROBLOX has even a translation team. ROBLOX should at least focus on the major languages, like Spanish and French.

Now, I don't live in Europe, but I'm going to have to agree with you. I've seen the times for the UK and as you said, they're absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! They could easily fix this issue by making those limited time hats on sale longer, or just releasing them at a time suitable for both timezones. |

They can't cater to every country, as they are based in America and all their times are in Pacific Time. It might be central, not sure.

Release date on GMT? No, because (for example) the UK is about 6 hours ahead of California
So, if we released all of them during lunch time in Europe, we would have to release them at 4:00AM US EPST

I agree but ROBLOX can't make everyone happy... no matter what time they release a new item or limited someone is going to be sleeping / at school / busy. (+ they are an American company like others stated).
