Then ROBLOX should only award those who give the first suggestion relating to something, and they should only award those who have their suggestions shortlisted. (Don't worry, I'm not campaigning for myself to be awarded for this.)

It is precisely because there would be spam that I suggested only the first suggestion relating to something useful or meaningful would be rewarded. Besides, it needs to be shortlisted or implemented.

As I said before, only the first suggester would get rewarded.
To assist the moderators, each player would have to tag his idea with relevant tags, and those who use irrelevant tags could be penalised. |

Using an alt to circumvent a ban can lead to an IP ban, if I recall correctly. It may not be true though, I'm not very familiar with the current rules. |

I disagree,
A lot of times there are multiple people that play ROBLOX on the same computer. IP banning permanently would result in multiple GOOD users that would be permanently banned from even visiting the website.
