Okay so this is literally my response to that pathetic SCC meeting, I'll say a few things basically first and go over in points.
FIRST POINT: Ranking system
Who even came up with this? This is legit an awful idea, people don't want to fight the group who people rate as the "#1 clan" because they are scared. They feel they aren't viewed as good enough to even hold up to the higher groups which this will literally cause more and more of, I know a lot of people despise EXTINCT but heres a true fact, try finding raids when people rate you highly, hell i know HC even has this problem. Literally nobody wants to fight the "#1" because people don't want to get beat so honestly creating a ranking system is probably the worst thing you could do.
SECOND POINT: Free tech
Oh how kind you are giving everyone the same free tech that's nice aside from the fact this limits people being inspired to actually innovation within the community, to anybody who lurks C&G or even is active on it knows the main criticism for the community is it lacks innovation, an ACTUAL useful idea would be suggesting cheap developers that people can actually trust or giving people incentives to innovate e.g. make people actually be rewarded and shouted out for creating new tech within the community such as a cool new fort system.
THIRD POINT: Exanion
Lets fact is so many people HATE Exanion this is one of the main reasons people turn away from the community, if you want the community we need to actually vote on who we want to lead it since this honestly goes nowhere.
FOURTH POINT: Outfits
What even are you smoking? What are we a fan club? What are they going to be "I support the SCC" t-shirts? Don't make me laugh this is legit pathetic.
FIFTH POINT: Meetings
If you want people to listen you need to actually listen to points not just instantly kick someone for not doing what you want, you're handling this more as a dictatorship and not an actual offer for diplomacy.
SIXTH POINT: "Database"
Do we really need this? Just write this onto a forum instead and ask actual leaders.
SEVENTH POINT: Bias
Not gonna lie from the meeting I attended It turned into pretty much the biggest bias I've ever seen. You criticised people for not standing in line then kicked/banned despite some members not even moving, you kicked leaders people actually listen to and decided "Nah" you INSTAKICKED crushed before he even spoke a word. If that ain't bias I don't even know anymore.
EIGTH POINT: New SCC
Various group leaders are grouping up to create another SCC most likely without bias due to the vote result which was 19-9 (Gyazo(dot)com[SLASH]66ab4e5e488ff9d1d64bfd76793f8fbb due to how pathetic and flawed the current community most likely. Look out for it
Oh and to those who doubt who I am I used to lead a group for a year and a half with monumental success as well as being the current 2ic of EXTINCT.
(Also Hark did NOT have part of this meeting the just held it at their place due to exanions inability to script)
Leaders who wish to be part of a vote post on this forum who you want the actual leader of the SCC to be since Exanion is getting nowhere.

TL;DR: SCC needs a new leader, The SCC meeting sucked, vote for a new leader.

The only reason the meeting went sour once it started is because people brought their own personal resentments against Exanion. The point of the meeting was to lay out some ideas we could follow and select together, it wasn't about settling the differences have with Exanion. Whoever acted belligerently towards him during the meeting is wrong, they should've waited until later or settle it on the forums the way you are settling it right now. |

As I spoke in the meeting, there should be no leader of SCC, in fact there should be no SCC. We should not allow anyone to have that sort of power over others. Stand up for yourselves and your own creativity. Don't allow yourselves to be mandated into doing whatever a select few wish.

A more organized meeting must happen within the next few days.
I believe Exanion should remain leader seeing as this was his first fault
or incident, call it as you wish
But a vote of incompetence can take place when a fair amount of people find it required for further progression.

it's a meeting the ideas proposed weren't being pushed unless it had consent

Sounded pretty pushed with the free tech and such. A guide on how to actually set up stuff in custom ways would be better and such or even listing cheap devs. Like lets face it most people dislike the people currently leading the SCC. Like will people listen to exanion even if he said the most amazing idea? No. It's like trying to tell nick to listen to Rez in the past It simply won't happen for a lot of people.

I don't think anything.
But right now he's in the chairman position of the SCC
And there are basic regulations that still must be followed
A vote may take place
And I say we give him until Friday before we vote on whether he should remain leader of it or not.

We honestly need to tackle all the issues at once and not focus one one area. Rez focused on bigger clans to most C&G leaders liked him. Exanion is going for smaller clans so C&G dislikes him. Theres gotta be a balance.
