Which Nation should I choose for managing

I'm applying to manage a national team in RIFA and I am currently wondering what nation I should manage, give me ideas, here is the amount of teams they allow per confederation: 3-4 Africa 6-9 Europe 3-4 South America 3-4 North America 2-3 Asia 0-1 Oceania (I made the confederations there continent just incase someone doesn't know which is which)
