Today, Stratios has an in-active Duce, whom is believed to be banned and won't change the description, and is probably locked out because of a ban or something else.
That, the Duce has said to me personally, that should anything happen to enact an emergency plan, w/ the approval of the Council and w/ the approval of the Prime Minister.
The emergency plan as follows;
- Make a new Stratios group,
- Adopt the previous flag and the current flag as the Military flag,
- Make Chief the Interim Il Duce,
- Have the council joint-own Stratios, with me as the Holder.
This will be voted on by the Council, should it pass, it will move onto the Prime Minister for his approval, if both people agree, then Stratios shall be moved to the new group that will be made by me and jointly owned by the Council.
Again, this is an emergency plan that the Duce himself has made and said to do it, should anything happen.

I'd agree with about half of that, and disagree with half of that.
Yes, someone else should hold the group, but you know what, I said the council is gonna joint-own it, so really it won't matter who is holder.
But, I do know we need one who will not be bias, and I'm not bias.
But half of you are.
and, no, I don't want to be Duce, that's why we're gonna make Chief Interim Il Duce til the Council figures out if we want Chief to remain Duce or appoint another one and reaffirm Chief to Prime Minister.
and, I've asked the Stamper Community and PBS Nations to back us, so we will have the funding to do this.

If Sabaist comes back, then he can have the group and we move back to original Stratios.
Fast, if you'd PLEASE be fair and just see what the rest of the Council says, then we as a group of leaders and people can decide who will be holder.
Which, I wouldn't mind Chief being the holder, frankly I just hope someone like Chief or Miss can be holder.
But, as of now, I'm gonna be the Holder til we all decide.
