You know UC San Francisco is only for graduate students, right?
Anyways I was accepted into UC San Diego, University of San Francisco, UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara, UC Irvine, and Santa Clara University
I'm happily attending the University of San Francjsco with a half-ride! |

Fair play @ Tiny, I just listed all UCs since there's an option to send the same application to all of them. I hadn't looked into UCSF at all, my top choices are by far Berkeley, Davis, San Diego, and UCLA rn. |

If you ever look into medicine then UCSF will be one of your top choices for graduate school if you look ahead (they are tied #1 with Harvard or at #2 depending where you look). |

In state for sure (CA) but Berkeley/Stanford is the dream |
For graduate school I might want to go to UT Austin if I don't end up going to UT or maybe Cornell or Yale for a doctorate degree if I want to study this far like my mom |
Accepted into:
- Iowa State University
Likely or very likely applying to:
- University of Texas at Austin
- Texas A&M University
- Texas Tech University
- University of Oregon
- University of Colorado, Boulder
- University of Arizona
Might potentially apply to:
- Texas State University (in-state safety school)
- University of New Mexico (idk. UNM is higher than ISU on the CWUR list and I got into ISU) |
There are turnoffs for the three schools I'm the most interested in that have what I want to study (community planning)
Arizona - SUPER EXPENSIVE out-of-state tuition
Iowa State - male-to-female ratio makes it a sausage fest
Texas A&M - haven't been an Ag all my life. would be hard to adjust |

i'll let you visit me and take you to all the things you need to see that'll make you commit in a heartbeat |

Assuming I visit Iowa State this winter (I want to visit during the harshest time in terms of climate to see if I can handle the worst), I will try to visit Arizona (Tucson) and Colorado (Boulder) in the coming spring break |
In is literally gonna pay his tuition in application fees lmao
Also @iSS scholarships and FAFSA gonna have to come in the clutch for me to even think about that $50k tuition rate lol |
i got $52k for a 3.5 gpa and 29 act (although it basically doubled when i got a 5.17 gpa my first semester of senior year) |
cost for texas a&m is $27-28k
cost for iowa state is $34-36k (that's really cheap for out-of-state lol)
cost for texas if i get in will probably not even crack $20k every year after freshman year b/c i'll live at home
much more convincing than $50-52k lol |
i know quite a few people in my college groupme that got up to $100k from the university for around a 4.0 gpa and good act/sat scores |
do you know if they award students with 3.4 GPA and 1350 SAT score (out of 1600) |
yeah you'd most likely get a solid scholarship |
keep working really hard during senior year though because they'll probably do the same thing with you that they did to me |
mine changed kinda
1] Penn State - Target
2] Seton Hall - Target
3] Ithaca College - Target
4] Temple University - Target
5] Lehigh University - Reach
6] Kutztown University - Safety
7] Neumann University - Safety
i asked them if i could get a higher scholarship since i've worked so hard for it and need the extra money to make ua a much bigger possibility, and they damn near doubled it |
I'm going to apply to Cornell for LOLZ |
