I'm going to go to prom next year but this year I didn't go because I am not in a relationship and I don't have the money to pay for prom |

i just simple can't afford it. tickets alone are $80 (and likely to rise within the next few years) and they don't give you food there, so it's going to be insanely expensive

If you want to buy tickets like two weeks before you have to pay like $105 |

already got everything bought pretty much, and my driving test is the day before prom so hopefully i'll be able to drive to prom and stay out |

also due to the fact that if things continue how they are going, i won't be in a relationship at that point, so it's pretty pointless

Shut up ding-a-ling, I didn't want to go to prom because of the price, the fact that I don't have a girlfriend in the first place, and that I don't have my own license/car yet
I could've asked someone but I didn't want to pay $80+ and take an Uber or something |
