Sooner or later every super clan dies put, it might revive momentarily if you run ads but you inactive members outweigh the active by so much that no matter what you do its just going to look like a dead clan
Maybe raid more, and spread the word about your raid winnings (haven't seen anything about LS winning at other clans forts, I'm sure they have though) |

We don't raid very often because we can't rally enough to raid, and if we somehow get a lot they're all noobs |

Unfairness-
Defenders getting guns that raiders don't, defenders spawning with special gear that raiders can only get at a certain place, having even teams yet having defenders spawn closer to the terminal, stuff like that. |

base activities have zero bearing on group activity. it may help to increase it by diversifying events, sure, but not being raided is not a negative influence on activity.
rat has survived massive periods of time with people NOT raiding sierra yet still yielded extremely high activity. |

Exalted, if the project could bring something new to LS maybe that could restore its activity. I like the ideas put into place.

The fort at LS is pretty fair, but I find it boring because the design is 100% linear, the gun deal too little damage and the fight becoming a battle to intercept the ballon-man.
Also it must be pretty frustrating for LS to deal with bad pilots. |

I like LS fort, but if randoms are raiding before you try to with your clan then it's just weird with the timer already going |
