i have downloaded ad downloaded the game over and over. every time i hit play it says to download it again. the has been going on for several weeks. I've tried restarting my computer, refreshing the page, everything. nothing seems to be working. do i need to make a new account? i don't know what to do anymore.

I've been experiencing this issue for a few weeks now as well. Just like Kind, I've tried everything from restarting my computer to completely uninstalling Roblox, this means going through the registry and deleting anything that is related to Roblox. I'm desperate for a solution at this point.
