I like to take community player's character models as zombies in my game. It is less work for me, allows players to see themselves in my game, and allows my zombies to be extremely diverse. My new zombie system will allow a ton of zombies for the game.
It isn't a given to get in, I really like DIVERSE hats. If your player is wearing very generic stuff like hair, shades, fedora, etc I probably will pass over you.
RULES:
1) Your face MUST be showing.
2) Show some skin, arm color at least be showing.
3) Has to be a player model, not a statue.
I will do all the zombifying afterwords. I will eventually start taking player's models with one of my alts this summer. If I take yours, you are in!

Instead of doing this you could just copy the player character when he joined the game and edit his face for a new decal and change his part brick color and if you want remove the shirt and add a tshirt decal.
Like you could have a list of different face ID for the face decal and for the tshirt decal like to represent blood or bruise
