How long does it take for info @ roblox to respond?

My acccount was hacked, and I followed the instructions by sending an email to them from the first address on the computer. I also sent them a few details about the account. I assumed that I would get a response by yesterday, since it IS an urgency AND I never sent any more emails than the one already sent, which they said would stall the response time if done.

Give it 1-2 business days. The reply time varies depending on the case and how many other cases they have to deal with at the given time.
