Hashtag chat error?

I've been getting a lot of hashtags on the chat recently. My account is 13+ and I know that 13+ users are placed in the blacklist privacy mode; however, a lot of the words I see is hashtagged, such as sister, ship, brother, etc. In other words, most of the words on my chat that isn't profanity or a curse word is blocked by the system and makes it difficult to respond to someone if the entire sentence is hashtagged. How can this be fixed?

I'm getting it from almost everyone in the entire server that can use the chat system.
