I think ROBLOX should make it so if you want to change your name it can be free because really $1000 to change it is just to much |

Changing the name you're known by on ROBLOX can have a ton of side effects that work in your favor. Your username is the only way to identify who you are in games and on the site (previous usernames on the site too). It's a HUGE thing, and originally ROBLOX wasn't even going to allow it.
This is a fair trade-off. |

also i believe hundreds of people changing their name every day at the same time won't be very good for the ROBLOX user servers

Well let's put it this way if your account is over 3-4 years you change your name so no noobs I mean new fellas can't change their name in a instant and you can only change it once for free |

Back in the day, you had to bribe Shedletsky (Telamon, at the time) with cash to get him to consider changing your name. It is good you have to pay to change it. |

The reason Twitter or Instagram allows it is because (I think at least - I hate social networking) multiple people are allowed to use the same name. This would be a nightmare on ROBLOX. The reason you have to pay is because your one account is now hogging two names.
The only time it should be free is if you're switching to a name you already owned before, otherwise, 1000 ROBUX is a fair asking price. |

I meant the social aspect. I'm well aware that any good scripter uses userIds, but how many userIds have you memorized? Your own? Your friend's? Even then, if I use your name and join a game that completely changes your appearance, like Phantom Forces, how would your friends distinguish you from me? |
