• Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we only receive 70% of commissions once a game pass is purchased, so even if we tried a 100% refund is impossible, however if a game pass is broken we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
• Is there a job open?
There will be an announcement on the group shout out if there is ever a job available, however usually we don't accept jobs or have positions available.
• Can I Buy/Sell a Tycoon?
We do not sell our games even after fame, we maintain a reputation for trying to be as original as possible that meaning we don't buy games either.
