[GENERAL INFORMATION]
In the past few months TC has had many men go up in ranks that do not deserve the rank, to combat this this forum has been created to combat obsessive amounts of training's and MR's to actually deserve their ranks.
[HOSTING RULES]
Captains+ may host training's. Each training will be shouted. Senior Lieutenants may co-host training's if the host gives permission to them. After a training is hosted there will not be another one hosted for another 2-3 hours, unless it is a Private-Private First Class training.
If there is a raid no training's will be allowed to be hosted. Doing so will result in a demotion.
If there is a raid during training the host will end it and may resume it after the raid.
[TRAINING RULES]
Do not use emoticons(:O, :), :( ect.)
When you enter the HOLO get on the line and do not speak unless instructed to do something else by the host.
Do not wear any body package.
[RANK REQUIREMENTS]
Every rank must have the requirements of the ranks before it. There will be no rank hopping.
Private - Hit the "Join Group" button.
Private First Class - Show up at a training in uniform, unless the private cannot afford it.
Specialist - Have average grammar, meaning low amounts of text talk and minimum punctuation.
Corporal - Must have been in the group for more then 5 days
Sergeant - Grammar must be decent, meaning minimum amounts of text talk and decent punctuation
Senior Sergeant - Must have been in the group for more then a week
Warrant Officer - Must display excellent maturity and have near flawless grammar.
Senior Warrant - Must demonstrate above average combat ability
Chief Warrant - Must show exceeding combat ability and understanding of each map.
Lieutenant - Must display flawless grammar and maturity. Must have exceptional combat ability
Senior Lieutenant - Must be active and have been in the group for more then 2 weeks.
Captains+ Must have a test that is in another forum.
