We try to help out as much as we can, so we're going to help all of our workers with this guide to show you how to be the PERFECT employee. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Serteci understands that everyone has potential. Serteci's mission is to bring out our employees' fullest potential to become great workers, great businessmen/businesswomen, and even greater people. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ HOW TO GREET SOMEONE: So, you're standing at the cash register. You see a customer coming to your way. How would you greet them, you ask? Here's the template, just fill it in with your credentials: Hi! Welcome to Serteci! My name is [your name here]! How may I help you today? For extra points with the customers, try adding a smiley face or something at the end. It makes you look like a hard working customer and that you're happy to cater to their every need, even if you aren't. Also, if you have a happy face that you can put onto your character, that would be nice as well. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ HOW TO HANDLE HIGH-PRESSURE SITUATIONS: Say you have a big order and it's taking you a hard time to remember them. It's unprofessional to go back to the customer while you're making the order and ask them what they've ordered. Here are some ways you can help yourself and possibly your customer to remember their order: • After the customer is done ordering, repeat their order back to them to ensure no hassle for you and the customer. • While the customer is ordering, take a pen and a notepad and write down their order with their username. [You can also use a notepad on your computer!] • If it's THAT hard for you, ask a barista to make the order for you while you tell them what the customer ordered. Be sure to plan this ahead of time! ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ HOW TO HANDLE HIGH-PRESSURE SITUATIONS [PT.2]: As we all know, there are many distractions and such when you're working on ROBLOX. Sometimes, these distractions can throw you off your game, but this guide is here to help! Say there is a troller, what do you think the best answer choice would be in this situation? (A) Yell back at them until they calm down. (B) Leave the server and let someone else deal with it. (C) Calmly tell them to calm down and if all else fails, get an HR to kick or ban them. (D) Run around the café like a hooligan screaming that there's a troll that won't leave you alone. If you guessed C, then ding ding ding! You are correct! Now for the next scenario: Exploiters are very serious problems on ROBLOX. What would you do if there was an exploiter at the café? (A) Tell everyone to calm down and try to get an HR as soon as possible. (B) Jump around screaming for your mother. (C) Try to hang onto each and every piece of furniture trying your best to not fall into the long abyss of sky. (D) Leave the server and let someone else deal with it. If you guessed A, then ding ding ding! You are correct! Now for the final scenario: Admin abusing is very common in cafes that don't have strong leadership skills to keep their employees intact. What would you do if there was an HR admin abusing at the café? (A) Yell at them and tell them to stop. (B) Ask them for admin and admin abuse with them. (C) Yell at the customers and tell them to do something. (D) PM an online HR and tell them to come down to the café immediately because of admin abuse. If you guessed D, then ding ding ding! You are correct! When HRs are admin abusing and another HR isn't there to see it, it helps if you snapshot what that HR is doing so you have proof of what's going on. What if the HR stops immediately when the other HR who's about to stop it comes in? You wouldn't have any back up to say that the HR was really doing it, and of course the HR who was admin abusing would have more say over you because they're a higher rank than you. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ UNIFORMS Serteci has a uniform in the group store. It's expected that all ranks Senior Barista's and lower wear the uniform when serving in the café. A uniform door will be developed for our cafe eventually, but until then, uniforms must be bought from the group store. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ There you have it!
