INTRO: Let's keep this short and simple, I don't like how the AG is over here defending our cases on the SC Trello or any trello at all, most times he doesn't even defend like he should & say Congress is at fault.. He literally only is trying to say he defends us to be granted access to the SC trello so he can blabber his mouth and speak on cards he shouldn't be.
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives and the Senate,
1. At any time Congress has a case against them, the leaders of Congress shall be responsible to defend or appoint someone from the DoJ to defend.
2. The AG shall be banished from the SC trello and the leaders of the Judicial Branch & executive branch must defend cases by their selves or appoint someone who is not the Attorney General to defend for them.

This is right up there for stupidest bills I've ever seen. Attorney General is obligated to represent Congress or delegate someone else to do it, he's simply doing his job.
Also, WHY WOULD YOU BAN HIM FROM THE SC TRELLO? The Attorney General has prosecutor's jurisdiction over cases in which the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction. The AG should be on the trello, JUST LIKE HOW THE SG IS ON IT SINCE HE HAS A REASON TO BE THERE.

FruitsZ, I would expect Congress to be grateful that I'm here giving my time and my expert legal knowledge (expert in terms of NUSA's courts at least lol) to Congress free of charge; I'm just doing my job by defending Congress.
If you don't want me to defend a case, feel free to ask me to recuse myself, but since I'm the best attorney in NUSA, I have no idea why you WOULDN'T want me defending your actions, policies, bills, and laws. Additionally, since I represent the entire federal government before the Supreme Court (and since most cases relate to the federal government), I need to be on the trello since 3/4 of all cases are in my jurisdiction.
Leave court procedure laws to people who understand it, thanks.

You act like defending Congress is my only task; again, I represent the whole federal government, so the entirety of the Executive Branch is under my jurisdiction as well. Additionally, on the case that I assume you're talking about (lilwayne v. Congress), I simply stated that I wouldn't be defending Congress in that instance, which is well within my rights.
No one within the Department of Justice is required to prosecute or defend a case that we believe is unconstitutional, illegal, or otherwise improper; we have that right guaranteed under law. If you want to try to force a DOJ employee (other than me) to defend Congress, good luck with that, lmao; they won't listen to you if this bill passes. The bill is basically a bill of attainder, and I'll be damned if it passes.

Dear Congress:
With respect to section 2 of this Act, I'd like to inform you that pursuant to SC 0416-16-1, the Attorney General shall remain a member of the Supreme Court Trello unless removed by a board admin pursuant to SC 0416-16-1 add. 1, or by motion of the Supreme Court to do so.
The Supreme Court, although a public institution, exerts a personal property claim, protected by the Constitution, over the Trello board, and several other resources. See US Const. amend. V., sec. 1., cl. 3. Accordingly, it's within the discretion of the Supreme Court as to whether the Attorney General shall remain a member of the Trello board.
