INJUNCTION - WRIT OF MANDAMUS

WHERAS the Central Intelligence Agency, by law, is not law enforcement and is therefore cannot make arrests under color of law...
WHEREAS agents of the CIA have been unlawfully acting as law enforcers and imprisoning people despite this...
WHEREAS this is indeed unlawful and is a felony...
The following is instructed and is to be followed:
The Central Intelligence Agency and its agents are not to make any arrests in any U.S. cities until they have a proper reorganization plan that grants them the power to make arrests and act as domestic law enforcement. Until they get that, they shall not make any.
Reasoning:
CIA agents making arrests are prone to prosecution on the charges of:
18 U.S. Code § 912 - Impersonation of a police officer.
18 U.S. Code § 913 - Impersonator making arrest.
18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law. (False imprisonment)
DISCLAIMER: I am aware of Zeyad's reorganization plan, but it was never completed. As stated in his reorganization, both chambers of Congress must pass it for it to be completed because CIA is an independent agency. Once again, until this is done they do not have the authority to arrest.
Non compliance with this order shall be treated as acts of contempt of court (although there are no plans to enforce this), as well as you may be subsequently charged by the Department of Justice for the charges listed above.
No part of this order was made with the intentions of obstructing any agency operations, nor was it made for any personal, political, or other partial reasons; it was made out of the pure pursuit for lawful procedures.

I believe I heard before that the President approved CIA and NSA to arrest. The Special Activities Devision within the Central Intelligence Agency should be allowed to arrest. |

I don't get why Special Forces and NSA can arrest if they haven't passed both houses as being able to arrest.

The CIA acts as international intelligence gatherers. The NSA operates STRICTLY domestically. Hence the CIA shall not make any domestic arrests in the name of the law. Likewise NSA has only one subdivision dedicated to being law enforcement, and even then it is restrictive to national security threats. |

SAD irl can only make arrests abroad, not domestically, and what kinda situation would require them to make a foreign arrest? lol

Read 50 US Code on the CIA provisions, they CANNOT under any circumstances act in the name of domestic law enforcement, PERIOD. They use intelligence gathered internationally and feed it to the National Security and Homeland Security Councils so local law enforcements deal with the threats, not them! |

CIA does not only operate internationally they work domestically aswell.
CIA does have the jurisdiction to arrest depending on the directorate they're in and its goals.
They cannot law enforcer and SAD is a special operations division of the CIA which works with the US army special forces and other special operations commands within the DoD.

Ok, so let me explain the CIA.
They do not Operate domestically. So if a terrorist was crossing the border they can detain him until he gets on US territory. Then HLS,FBI is to take over.
CIA SAD Irl does not operate domestically. Sorry guys but This is true! CIA needs to have there purpose changed to domestic.

Injunction lifted, LVCC is ordered but not entered to give the Central Intelligence's Agency's tool(s) back immediately.
