Roblox player loads forever

When i start roblox player,it keeps loading forever,and i'm not talking about the web site,i'm talking abaout the roblox player,it shows the loading circle,game's title and creator of the game,just like the normal loading screen,but it never ends plz help me guys

Update:i let the roblox load for some minutes,and when i cheked it again,i was kicked for inactivity,but the screen was still loading,so the real problem is,the loading screen don't dissapear
