Recently I was tasked to J3, [Director for Operations, United States Joint Chiefs of Staff Personnel], and I have noticed the sloppiness, and disorganization in raids, like are you damn kidding me, I'll be frank with you, the US Armed Forces progress in offensive raids is VERY disappointing, for such, I am establishing Strategic Operation Cores, which will unify branches under one conduct, personnel will all be addressed and positioned accordingly by skill and preferences. An example of this conduct is as follows;
ArabicValor
Average Kill Death Ratio in Defense: 0.7
Average Kill Death Ratio in Offense: 3.1
Preferential Combat: Offensive
Months of Service: 74
Tasked Platoon/Task Element: 1st Offense Platoon [Decided by Platoon Commander]
Tasked Element/Squadron: 4th Direct Strike Unit [Decided by Platoon Commander]
Such is filtered out through a process of application, once you have applied with the application format, [REQUIRED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OR EXCEPTIONALLY WILL BE DEMOTED], you must attend a combat recursion training. This training will test your application of skill, in defense, and offense, it will test your kills:death and the ratio thereof. This will ultimately determine your placement. For example;
Place among the top one in five from training
V
Enter the strongest platoon of your expertise [Offense/Defense]
V
Enter the strongest unit of your expertise [Offense/Defense]
V
Receive positioning by skill and preference
EXAMPLE OF THIS PROCESS:
ArabicValor scores top one in five from his training
V
Enters 1st Offense Platoon
V
Enters 8th Strategic Offense Unit
V
Tasked as Flank Asset
It shall be apparent that every platoon is different by branch, there are no unified platoons, except for the Direct Strategic Offensive Group, which is made up of the top two people in every platoon.
It shall also be apparent that every platoon consists of the ratio of people in the branch, for example if the branch has fifty members, it is made up of two platoons, of 25 members each, then split up into twelve personnel each, and one commander.
The application required is listed here:
Preferred Position:
Name:
Branch:
Platoon of Preferentiation [If Existent]:
These applications are to be sent to me, and only me. Upon application sending, you will receive information about your three choices of dates for your combat recursion training. I will hand pick commanders of platoons, all who do not apply within two weeks will receive a demotion to the lowest paygrade of positioning [O1 for officers, BMT for enlisted]. There is information about platoons [and the equivalents of by branch below:

All platoons will be decided upon shortly once applications are submitted, and I would like to make it perspicuous that this is a temporary plan, and as USM evolves, so shall the future, and defense of this nation.
Signed,
-J3, Director for Operations, Lt. General Mohamed N. A.
