So I have 2 ROBLOX cards I want to redeem that are both $10, and when I try to redeem them, it says "No matching giftcard found." when I'm trying to redeem a card?!
Why won't the card IDs work for me? This is getting out of hand!

The pin number was all correct. It's a new system to buy ROBUX, which kind of makes me bummed, and that would probably be why, but I'm not using a Gift Card, I'm using a Game Card, a ROBUX card, which is getting me really p!ssed.

If it isn't a recent ROBLOX card then the code won't work. Maybe you could try to go back to the store and ask them to give you a newer one. They might not but it's worth a shot. |

I got the card yesterday, but I'm afraid it isn't activated, the new R$ system to buy them is broken, or 2 people did a very lucky guess. But it says "Gift card not found". And now I've tried too many times I can't even re-enter the codes.
If this continues, then that was a total waste of $20.00 USD...

I'm sorry to tell you this. But if that happened then between the time you were driving home with the card and when you tried to redeem the card codes someone must have been guessing numbers because they want robuxs or BC. If your codes were stolen, then email ROBLOX at [email protected] and whoever did this gets caught, they could be in some serious trouble. |

If its not a ROBLOX card, you can't redeem it. Although you can sell it to somebody and go buy a roblox card.
Or, a better way, you can actually find websites that trade giftcards with other people.
