But when did ROBLOX ever had building contests? It's probably because it's been a while since I played the game normally and I missed out on a lot of things, but when did that take place? |

I might make a group though, and when ROBLOX adds the feature for users being able to make hats, if it's possible I will hold my own building contests for a themed hat for a themed contest. (+ some robux) |

I don't remember the contests that well but I think that many users would be discouraged from even participating considering that only a small fraction of the community would be able to create high-quality content.
If the voting was grouped into large sections that eventually become refined to a tournament-like layout or something like that, it'd probably be cool to have. |

People won't really participate because they know Devs are going to enter and they will win and all the others lose and get nothing

I don't see how it will make any difference rather than who's hosting it |

But you do realize ROBLOX is made to create things, socialize, ad all that other fun crap right
Which means, not knowing how to build is your own fault
their "used-to-be" mottos was something like "Imagine. Create. Build" (I know I said create and build, I just forgot what was after) |

However change the voting system by taking out "Voting Accurracy" as it basically punished people for voting what they want. |

They should have building contests with actual judges instead of a silly voting system.

Goiz. When I get enough robux (tomorrow(maybe)) I'll make a group and host contests. Here is how they will work. I will announce the theme of the current month's contest. Players will PM me with a link to their entry. The top 3 winners will win some robux(don't know how much that will be), and get their place into the geoup games list. When ROBLOX adds the ability for people to make their own hats, I will make hats the prizes along with the robux. |

My first account was 2010.... and I was pretty noob. And I never heard of them or I just forgot. |

The first contest were based on place visits. (Up to the Roblox Olympic games of 2008)
Next were actually game pages which failed though due to people having to vote. The votes were practically random...
With the current Roblox community being so large and so.... Non-building... I'm not sure how these contest would work |
