TRAINING AT TSUNAMI SUSHI GUIDE BY TBHMXLI.
[NOTE] If you are not hosting, skip to step 6. Start at step 1 if you are hosting.
1. Get ready by teleporting all the Trainee-Head Waiters into the Training Area.
"I will be teleporting all Trainees-Head Waiters into the Training Area to begin trainings!"
2. Start off by stating rules.
"#1 - The first rule is to always use grammar. It is mandatory to pass trainings, and to even be apart of staff."
"#2 - Respect your trainer and fellow workers. Keep in mind your trainer is taking time out of their day to train you, respect them."
"#3 - Trainings are NOT for promotions. They are for knowledge. Although, if your trainer believes you are ready for your next rank they may promote you."
"#4 - Lastly, and most importantly, have fun! But, do not forgot our rules while doing so. :)"
3. Now, introduce yourself, your co-host, your trainers, and mention your helpers and admins somewhere in the process.
"Now, lets move onto introductions!"
[INTRODUCTION EXAMPLES]
Hosting: "Hello, my name is Meli and I am your Host for this session! Good luck to all of you! <3"
Co-Hosting: "Hello everyone, my name is Meli! I am your Co-Host for this session! Good luck! <3"
Training: "Hi everybody! I'm Meli and I will be training a couple of you this session. Good luck! <3"
"Also, do not forget our lovely helpers and admins! <3"
4. Now is the time to break off into groups. Ask everyone for theme recommendations.
"Alright, now lets move onto themes! Any recommendations?"
After everyone has a moment and recommends some, pick the top 2 of all of them. Then, do a vote on them by "say :vote all 15 (Theme): Yes (Theme): No"
5. Now, name your trainers whatever theme choice they want. Then, split up your Trainees and make sure all of them have a Trainer. One you are sure, you may :h "Go to your trainer!"
[EXAMPLE]
Theme: Youtubers
Trainer is Named: Team PewDiePie
Trainee is Named: Team PewDiePie
6. Before you begin with your first stage, you may introduce yourself and ask if anyone has any questions.
[EXAMPLE]
"Hello everyone, and welcome to trainings! I am Meli and I will be training you today. Any questions before we begin?"
7. Now that you have your group and introduced yourself, you may begin training. You must have 5 stages for your trainers to go through.
The common 5 are greetings, correcting sentences, true or false, food rush, and trolling.
Other stages may be trivia, serving, etc.
COMMON FIVE STAGES ARE DOWN BELOW. vvv
[GREETINGS]
Some examples of perfect greetings at the desk could be;
"Hello, welcome to Tsunami Sushi! My name is Meli. How may I help you today?"
"Hello, welcome to Tsunami Sushi! Would you like to sit inside, outside, or in VIP (if you have the gamepass)?"
"Hi, welcome to Tsunami Sushi! Would you like to pay a bill or get a table?"
If your Trainees greeting does NOT have grammar, capitals, and proper punctuation, feel free to give them a warning as in general they must use the following. If they use grammar, capitals, and proper punctuation, and their greeting is perfect (something like my examples) you may give them a point for the round.
[CORRECTING SENTENCES]
Some examples of sentences to correct could be;
"h3ll0 welcome 2 tsunami sooshi hew mey i halp u todaey?"
"hai, cen i g3t a tooble for 4 pl0x"
"cen i plz g3t sum areezona r0llz"
"d0 yuo guize hev p1zz@ h3r3?"
If your Trainees corrections do NOT have grammar, capitals, and proper punctuation, again, feel free to warn them because they must use the 3 in general. IF they do use the 3 and correct the sentences (I recommend you give them 3 sentences to correct) correctly, feel free to give them a point!
[TRUE OR FALSE]
Some examples of True or False questions could be;
"True or False: Hibachi Chefs must wait a week to be promoted." - TRUE (As Hibachi Chefs are going into a MR rank, they must wait a small period of time to get the rank.)
"True or False: Supervisors must wait a week to be promoted." - FALSE (They must wait two weeks as they are going into a HR rank.)
"True or False: 3 people may only be behind the counter at a time." - TRUE (This is so the counter does not get too crowded and it stays organized.)
"True or False: We serve 5 types of Mochi at the restaurant." - TRUE (We serve Plain, Mint, Sakura, Red Bean, and Green Tea Mochi at the restaurant.)
If your Trainees get majority (again, I recommend 3 questions for each round. For this round it would be 2/3 or 3/3 to get a point.) correct, then you may give them a point. If they do not, it is okay as they are not meant to know anything. They just started their Tsunami Sushi journey!
[FOOD RUSH]
Some examples of orders could be;
"Rose Milk Bubble Tea, Jasmine Tea, Miso Soup, Avocado Roll, Tofu Nigiri, Red Bean Mochi, and Mint Icecream."
"Orange Bubble Tea, Oolong Tea, Chirashi Sushi, Arizona Roll, Unagi Nigiri, Green Tea Mochi and Red Bean Icecream."
"Strawberry Bubble Tea, Green Tea, Udon Noodles, California Roll, Salmon Nigiri, Sakura Mochi and Vanilla Icecream."
If your Trainees can get all of your items successfully [in not much time], you may give them a point. If they struggle you may help them out.
For this round, I recommend you asking them to hand the items one at a time so you can see if each of the successfully got the items.
[TROLLING]
Examples of trolling scenarios;
You may ask them for a table with over 8 seats.
You may copy whatever they say.
You may ask for things off the menu continuously.
Those are just a couple of scenarios. Remember to remain as appropriate as possible, and to follow the ROBLOX rules. Don't take it too overboard! If your Trainees give you 3 warnings and then say "!help" you may give them a point. If not, kindly tell them "The correct way to deal with trolls is to give them 3 warnings and then call for "!help"."
8. Now that you have finished with all the stages, think about your Trainees and if they are ready for the next rank. If you believe one of them is, feel free to promote them to their next rank. If not, remind them that trainings are not for promotions and that you believed they were not ready for the next rank. You may then dismiss your Trainees.
You have finished Training your Trainees! Congratulations, you did great. :-)
Thank you for using and reading my guide!
