Back in 2013, the original Safe Chat that restricted under-13/Non-parent account users from typing what they wished, you were instead allowed to use pre-written phrases for you to interact your friends with.
Today, you have a chat that is littered with... well, not exactly the smartest of people. People have to find out what is allowed themselves, and that gets very infuriating when you're trying to communicate with another individual who only has the whitelist.
This will also allow us to communicate with Guests again, which I dearly miss.
If put on the forums and comments as well, this will also help combat spam.

they need to make it so you can add custom messages for games though
so in a cafe game the creator of game would add messages such as "I want a Cappuccino."

People exploited this to talk as guests buy editing the .xml that controls that menu. It can make the person say stuff as guests. Like adding common bypasses etc

also, the 'exploit' was clientsided, meaning only you saw yourself say that, other people didn't and saw the regular "Wanna be friends?"
