Today I tested damage with undefined_meme and KingAktar at Sierra and we all came to the conclusion that raiders had a damage reduction of 2.
This was done with a headshot and the gun Rogue. The tests were done plently of times, all with the same conclusion.

Both were surprised with the damage, and they called Poly over.
However once Poly came, he went AFK for a short time then tested damage, and the damage was back to a 16 for raiders. King and Un both expressed confusion over this. The damage reduction was the same 5 months ago too, as shown in this 5 month old video

That all seems extremely fishy to me and caused me to go to a conclusion which only increases my lack of respect for RAT.

The few primaries that are best to use are the: Crescent, Shatter, and Tempest.
The only secondary that should be bought are the Impalers.
There are two secret entrances that lead directly to the terminal room.
One of these entrances is located on the top left corner, next to the building. While running on the mountain you will notice a brick that sticks out of the mountain terrain.
Jump down onto that brick and you will find a cave opening. Enter that cave and head towards the small hole which is the entrance into the terminal room.
The second secret entrance is a small hole, it can be find next the building, right above the HiCom Room.
Go down to the lower part of the mountain and you will find another entrance. Inside that entrance is a ramp you can jump up to reach the entrance to the terminal.

Yes, this morning. zepenguin himself could've raised such a red flag when even after the server was shutdown and he returned to it ten or so minutes later -- instead he didn't, had no clue how to rationalize it, and now is posting this and refusing to respond to my statements. |

When has RAT ever not relied on advantages such as these, as I look back to almost every RAt fort there's always the BS advantages such as ridiculous spawns at borealis, aurem advantages, jetpacks at celeste and equinox, VIP weapons, absurd rocket launchers and 3 shot pistols.
