Unable to upgrade to OBC

Hello, I want buy a months worth of OBC, however when I visit the BC page I am unable to buy BC (all the buttons are grey). This is despite the fact that I received a message from ROBLOX a few hours ago saying my builders club expired. Last month I bought BC with my PayPal account and it was supposed to renew on the 4th of May, however after the 3 days of being in the "process of renewal" ROBLOX sent me a message saying my builders club had expired. I'm fine with that as I plan to buy a month of OBC anyway, however I'm still unable to buy the OBC. I'm still unable to cancel my "credit card" (PayPal) information also.

I don't think it needs blocking, as ROBLOX has already messaged me saying my BC has expired I assume it's not going to renew.

send a msg to roblox, they'll reply to your msg in about 42 years with a vague solution that might solve the problem.

Alright if you haven't known ROBLOX Decided to add a thing wich is AUTO Renewal, but by the sounds of it it sounds like you have either glitched it or its broken on you and you have not realised. Yes your ####### might still be paying because ROBLOX Dont know it's broken. (Yes ROBLOX Take AGES To reply to mail) But still if its broken you want it fixed ASAP. Heres why. 1. It will get LOADS Of money out of you. 2. It will cause you to never be able to purchase OBC - TBC - BC. 3. ROBLOX Will not realise until you do something bad breaking the rules and they review logs and show all the payments then help you. Rez Wez Ere

Contact them thow email or look your problem at their support page. They should help there. Note it can take 1-3 day's to get an answer back from email.
