Well half an hour ago I did a name change and shortly after I bought OBC with the money that was left on my iTunes card but I don't see any sign of OBC on my account. Is it present or what? I know I spent the money as I checked iTunes to see if I didn't make the purchase and I did.

try buying it again and it should work if it prompts you to buy it, it might have to do with your Apple id, i had the same issue and tried buying bc again and it works

Actually, ROBLOX is not corrupt and they wouldn't scam users. It's idiotic to assume ROBLOX purposely scammed users. What most likely happened is that you changed your username but on your mobile device you didn't log out and log back in, assigning the new OBC to your old username, which would return an error.

@storm That was the problem, I emailed roblox but is there a possibility of me getting my OBC back or would I have to get it back?

It takes 1-2 business days for mobile in-app purchases to be applied to your account. ROBUX, most of the time will take less time than that.

Yeah the problem is with ROBLOX Is if you refresh the page it does it 2x so basicly it comes back with a error if you did that. Otherwise it must of mistaken the old name with that one meaning it sent it to that but the last username you had is clarified as old so it marked it as a error. Basicly yes, you have to ##### ROBLOX (Takes 1 wekk) then they will look at the payment history and then do solutions and what-not. Just dont re purchase it otherwise you lost MORE Money because it thinks you have OBC. There you go. Rez Wez Ere
