called out Sierra Leone federation (refuses to play for them)
called out Boro (caused them to terminate his contract)
called out Brad Davis after Kansas city lost (https://twitter.com/keikamara/status/399290639424040960)
Plus, Higuain is the captain and penalty taker. Doesn't have to give the penalty to Kamara if he doesn't want to. That's not Kamara's place, and to cause an argument over it is childish. He's obsessing over personal stats while the Crew are 2nd to last.
