This is completely up to you all, mostly team owners.
I've been looking for a new way to process transactions and deal with trades. It may take a little more effort on your part as a team owner, but it will be easier to organize.
Here's the idea:
Since we've been using Forms as surveys and whatnot, I have thought of using a Google Form to make it where team owners can go to the form when they wish to trade (and possibly, in the future, sign or release) players with others. On the form, they would select the team that they own as well as the team they wish to trade with. After that, they will be taken to their team's page that shows every instance they own, including players and draft picks. When they select the players/picks they are willing to give up, clicking continue will ask them what they wish to acquire from the other team.
You're probably thinking that it would be simple for anyone to access the link and give up all their stuff. That's why, at the last screen, there would be a place to input a code. All team owners would be given a code that I would keep track of. As long as the coach keeps track of the code and does not give it to anyone openly (only sharing it with people they want to be able to do transactions), they should be fine.
