Here on Roblox, the top 0.7% of users contain 85% percent of the wealth, according to an independent study. Roblox should impose a progressive marketing tax to prevent players from becoming to wealthy. This system features four brackets, based on income.
Low Bracket
Income* - 0 - 200R$
Tax - 0%
*Income is %95 the players current R$ count.
Standard Bracket
Income - 201 - 1000R$
Tax - 40%
Economy Bracket
Incomes - 1001 - 10000R$
Tax - 60%
Extreme Bracket
Income - 10000R$+
Tax - 80%

No support. Good intentions, but this is unfair for people who do a ton of extra work in real life to buy robux cards, then end up losing 60% of it because they bought 2000 or so at once and are considered "rich". |

And that tax can be evenly split to people with less than 1K who are online at every 6 hour count or so.

About the idea though, "preventing players from becoming wealthy" is the stupidest and most impossible goal ever. What should be done is stimulating the economy so people spend more and the money never stays in the same place for a long time.

Why roblox works as a video game
is because it uses a capitalist system
like many other games.
"like it or not I myself half don't like it, half like because it keeps things working"
if we make people who trade simply lose there money this would do to following as side effects.
Pros:
Rich People people would not control as much
People that were new will be happy they are not geting taxed
Cons:
People won't be able to trade there way to freedom.
1:
so alot of roblox players that are rich will stop donating robux like they do and stop helping roblox admins
2:
And some of them will 1: leave roblox and play do real stock market
or 2: plot vs roblox admin that did this change/did this idea
3:
people that start to get rich will quicky stop being a trader
roblox market will be more random and have to have alot of checks and balances due to random effects by having more trading
Having said that i half like your idea being a trader my self here is a mod i think would be more fair

Without this mod to your idea roblox would simply break. Also are some of you good traders /rich people/roblox devs not trying to be rude but if you were rich would you have made this idea if you had 1000000 robux would you do this?

This as a first step would make the poor happy but not make the
rich go crazy
because it only gives to the poor not take from the rich
why not mod this even more
in a way so the poor get more of a deal
without making problems.
