These are the rules for the High ranks of HM Royal Airlines.
[A-1] Do not promote people over the rank of Executive.
[A-2] Don't demote other HR's or executives.
[A-3] Do not complain or be disrespectful about other HR's.
[A-4] You have been given a position of power, do not abuse this.
[A-5] Attend a minimum of 2 Server start ups a week.
[A-6] Host a minimum of 2 server start ups per week.
[A-7] Address higher ranks with 'Sir' or 'Ma'am'.
[A-8] Don't ask for promotions, Ever.
[A-9] Do not boss people about, everybody is equal.
[A-10] You must attend at least one meeting per month.
[A-11] If you are missing a meeting or an event, you must message DarkestLordJames to advise him you will be missing the fixture.
[A-12] If another HR is breaking the rules please take screenshots and send them to the Reports officer.
[A-13] Money, of any sort must not be given or taken to help people/yourself get ranks.
[A-14] Corruption - Ie Taking money to allow someone to be recommended for a rank or promoted - will not be tolerated.
[A-15] Don't betray what we stand for, or betray the group.
[A-16] Do not let your personal opinions on people get in the way of your duty.

These are guidelines and recommendations.
[G-1] Host 3 server start ups per week.
[G-2] Do as the Chairman+ says.
[G-3] Do not interrupt higher ranks when they are talking to lower or higher ranks.
[G-4] Do not harass the director.
[G-5] Don't complain about rules and policies.
[G-6] Attend 3 meetings per month.
[G-7] Only complain about rules and policies at meetings where a vote could change them.
[G-8] Refrain from using profanity, this includes abbreviations.
[G-9] Use correct grammar, punctuation and spelling.
[G-10] Don't use slang, such as 'Bruh', or 'Ain't'.

These rules are for Directing staff.
[DHR-1] You aren't in-charge unless appointed so.
[DHR-2] You can be demoted for inactivity but it is less likely.
[DHR-3] Don't remove peoples admin without good reason.
[DHR-4] You may demote any rank only if it is an Emergency.
[DHR-5] Don't boss others about, unless they are not complying with your directions.
[DHR-6] All of the above rules and guidelines still apply.

Notes:
Don't ask to become a Deputy Director, it is almost impossible to achieve.
Respect the director's decisions.
Don't become angry when you break these rules and get punished. Punishments can range from:
Warnings.
Promotion Suspensions.
Demotions.
Banning from becoming an HR.
Exile.
Banning from all group places, and not being allowed to ever join back.
Thank you for following these rules, breaking them will result in a warning always, or even worse (As shown above).
