that's what I stopped watching it
3 seasons and a movie was enough for me
that was the golden age for imo
well, i did keep watching when i was younger
and seen up to little of season 10
now im sick of it as im older
and only like s1-3 and the movie
haven't watched the show in a long time
even though the earlier seasons are good
i just don't want to watch it too many times |

Not really, S10 is about the same quality as S4, not the best but decen't. I even get some nostalgia somehow from S10, even if it's my first time watching the episode. S5-S9 needs to bury itself though.

I personally have no problems with people disliking SB, it just infuriates me how people tend to look at cartoons in general in a biased way and judge them based on era.

If you like modern spongebob, no harm done, I'm not gonna bring you down because of something you like. Your opinion.
I like the old ones because of the hidden adult jokes, the iconic scenes/lines, and overall great episodes.

One Coarse Meal is actually one of my favorite episodes of all times. Just the dark atmosphere makes it interesting imo.
