Hey guys!
First of all, I want to apologize for my inactivity for the past month - I've been INCREDIBLY busy at school (really, you have no idea). I have three tests today in-fact, and two more tomorrow, so until this weekend the inactivity will continue. However, I'm back ready for the weekend!
- This weekend the next issue of the newsletter will come out.. which will definitely reveal something to us all that is exciting :)
- I am also going to try and work on creating a VS general meeting, in which LRs, veterans, MRs, HRs are all invited to a rally where we will discuss more suggestions.
- This weekend I am also officially resuming VSHR meetings, which will be at 5PM EST in which I encourage all online HRs to get on and participate. Please PM/Skype me topics you want to be discussed in the meeting.
I also want to officially welcome back the many veterans who have recently rejoined VS, your help is much appreciated and we love having you back!
With more topics being discussed, I along with others, wanted to ask all of you if you have any suggestions - it WILL be discussed at this meeting if it is an appropriate idea.
So please comment below with some ideas that can be discussed! (this does not go towards only VS, allies and C&Gers are welcome to contribute some ideas! :))
- VS General Victoria621
- VS Benevolent Empress Lilly_S

In a clan of 135,339 members, 132,668 are Recruits (98.03%) suggesting EXTREMELY low activity.
Activity should be an interesting topic of discussion. The jump from Recruit to Private should perhaps be as simple as a PM to an HR saying "Hi, I'm an active member of VS".
1) This would give a more appropriate estimate of activity
2) It would definitely increase activity - your first promotion is quite exciting and motivating. It gives off the impression that everyone is noticed for their efforts, therefore encouraging activity.
3) It would be nice to see new people on the group wall lol.
Also, I personally think we're a bit low on Colonels/Captains. Training's don't happen very frequently, which plays a part in boredom. We all live in different time zones - my daylight might be half of the HR's night time, which eliminates a significant amount of training opportunities. Considering Lt. Generals+ rarely hold training's, we have about 14 active trainers, all of which are human beings and cannot (should not) devote every day to VS.
Just my thoughts. Love this group just as much as I did 6 years ago, just want the best for it. |

Reset, I'm not necessarily shocked that 98% of people are inactive. I just think it would be appropriate to make a distinction between active and inactive members all-the-while trying to increase the amount of activity. |

"Training's don't happen very frequently, which plays a part in boredom" there is frequent trainings, just some don't have time to host / dont have a drive to host due to the inactivity (of course there is a day where 1 person hosts)

my suggestion is a new VS season pass you get for preordering

THE HEALTH PACKS HAVE RETURNED.

There used to be around 100 high ranks, half of whom were able to train. Constant trainings ensued, and there were at least 20 people who poured in within the first five minutes.
What have you guys done to VS?

Once lilly got it, it died. |

That's not true. She did well in the beginning but I quit the clan world soon after. Has she been inactive or something?

well a lot of things happened and i'm assuming you didn't go through them so let me recap it from the beginning shall we?
late 2012 i believe jga1 left with a blast, literally, after demoting basically everyone is VS and leaving the clan in already a poor state to chibitobi it just kept diminishing activity as people dispersed to other clans or just left this game overal.
kept being passed leader to leader and they've yet still to find someone who is willing to do something with the clan. (honestly dont blame them cause its a pain)
that's about it in a nutshell.

Well that meeting is going to be a cluster of delicious fudge... |

Remove some useless parts at your base because there are several lag spikes during a raid.
1) Start picking up activity by possibly increasing advertising or VIP recruiting.
2) Try and increase the amount of external events being hosted like: joint-trainings
3) Look at possible war targets and declare war soon(beginning of July would be good)
4) Remove insctive HRs from their post(unless they have notified you) |
