Mathematically the conversion is 1 stud = 5 cm so 20 studs = 1 metre.

I thought it would be like 7 studs = 1m

As far as ROBLOX is concerned 20 studs = meter as far as gravity is concerned. If you compare a ROBLOXian to a human; An adult human averages about 5'9". A ROBLOXian is just over 5 studs tall (the HeadMesh is 1.25,1.25,1.25). So a very rough calculation of 1 stud = just over 1 foot or about 30 cm.

one 4x4x4x4 part is 1 meter 1x1x1x1 part is 1 studs

A human is usually a little below 2 meters, so lets say 1.5 M for simplicity. A humanoid rig on the other hand is usually 5 studs, soooooo ------> 5 studs = 1.5 m (or) ((5/3) * 2)studs = 3.333333(...)studs = 1 m. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS INFO!

I tried recreating my house with the conversation of 1stud = 5cm and everything was WAY TOO BIG.

Because roblox isn't "scale accurate" lol.

Roblox isn't up to scale with building. The camera uses field of view, which decides at what size you see things.

Check the texture for a stud. Find the size for each stud. Convert that into meters by multiplying it by 100 if the texture size is in cm. That technically is the size of a meter. However, if you want the game to be proportionate to the real world then find the depth of the characters leg. In real life the average foot size is 26cm. A meter is 100 cm. That means a foot is a quater of a meter. In this case the foot is around 1 stud thick. Multiply it by four and you get a meter.

Another thing to consider is that, proportion wise, ROBLOXIANS are wider than human beans. We're all beans. It's really weird to build accurately to human proportions so I suggest you to give everything a cartoon-ish style.

so a stud is 5 centimeters, and a real-life ROBLOXian (that is 5 studs tall) would be 25 centimeters, about 10 inches tal

Alright, I was just wondering how accurate i could make a gun's range and speed.

Well if you put it that way try to recreate the bullet size to metre ratio on roblox to bullet size to stud ratio for accurate results.

Try playing around with the settings and you'll eventually get you're answer.Also roblox gravity is 196.2studs/sec while that of our world is 9.8m/s so if you want them to be relative then you gotta use 1 stud = 5 cm. Gonna leave this here so you can check it for yourself-http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Gravity
