Hey everyone, after a long time of thinking about this I'd like to announce that I'm interested in finishing the term as SECHLS. I'd like to carry on what Jacob and Myuo have started, bringing new faces to the agency, and to train our current employees. We all love you Jacob and myuo, and we hope you have a good time away from ROBLOX. <3
I have been in HLS for about 7 months. I've ran the Special Service Team twice, was the Head of Operations, and a Councilman. I know that I have what it takes to be the Secretary. I'd continue to use Jacob's formats and structures to make sure that DHS would be running smoothly, while bringing in some of my own methods of running agencies/departments.
First, I'd appoint a Homeland Security Inspector General who would be in charge of weekly reports on the sub-agencies of DHS. Once I have a trustworthy IG, I'd establish a FULLY functional Homeland Security Council, with up to 9 appointed members, which would be headed by an Executive Administrator appointed by me. The council would be in charge of recruitment, all abuse reports within the DHS, working closely with the IG on reports on sub-agencies, and helping with Press Releases. It is a necessity to have a fully functional Council with an IG.
Now, with DHS having a stable High Command we would have time to recruit and train our current employees. We would host 1 tryout a week, probably on Friday and have Applications every 2 weeks on a weekend. I would have a maximum of 90 Agents in DHS. We would have a 1 week evaluation period of where the high ranks will be looking over the agents to make sure that they are doing their job correctly. After the 1 week, it would be time to re-open our divisions, SST and OIA.
The main jobs of the divisions follow;
-The Office of Intelligence and Analysis is responsible for using information and intelligence from multiple sources to identify and assess current and future threats to the U.S. OIA would be headed by the Executive Administrator for OIA appointed by the Secretaries.
-The Special Service Team of the Department of Homeland Security is an elite division of the Department of Homeland Security specializing in first-response combat to threats to the nation, discipline, and silent skill. SST would be lead by the Executive Administrator for SST appointed by the Secretaries.
Addressing the sub-agencies like SS, FPS, and SF; as I stated earlier there will be an Inspector General who will handle the communications between me and the sub-agency Directors. The IG will be appointed and will have to be approved by the Directors, accepted into the sub-agencies, and ranked to the Representative rank. It’s important to have our sub-agencies running smoothly, but I do not think that will be a problem under their current Directors.
As you can see, I have plans to keep DHS up and running in the absence of one of the best Secretaries NUSA has had. I hope you all understand the importance of someone capable of managing several agencies getting this position, because we do not want any more problems within the Cabinet. Under me, I aim to have DHS active, mature, and ready to deploy whenever there is a threat to our great nation.
