1 - RULES AND REGULATIONS
All members are expected and required to show respect to fellow CoS members.
Bribing, blackmailing, threatening or harassing any member of CoS is disallowed.
Actions deemed inappropriate by an officer in CoS are disallowed.
All ROBLOX Rules and Regulations are to be followed by all CoS members.
Any loopholes found within the Consortium of Steel Guide are strictly prohibited and disallowed.
CoS members are expected to act mature while on duty.
Exploiting, hacking or abusing any glitches at any official CoS place is disallowed.

2 - MERIT SYSTEM
The Consortium of Steel uses a merit system as the promotion system, members are to attend multiple trainings to be promoted.
Attending multiple trainings shows your dedication to the group, thus proving to your superiors that you deserve a higher standing position.
Expecting promotions from every training you go to is highly unlikely, we ask that you give maximum effort at all events you attend, this will increase your chance at receiving a promotion.

3 - HICOM SYSTEM
The HICOM, short for High Command, is the standing structure of CoS.
Ceph Major, people at this position are individuals who focus on hosting trainings for the group, it is their primary job.
Ceph Commander, the primary High rank of CoS, once you achieve this rank, your primary duties will be running and/or assisting with other members in your department.
Consortium, an extremely hard rank to earn, but once you do, your duties will be replaced from departments to ensuring the clan is running smooth. They also have votes from time to time regarding new steps in CoS.
High Consortium, a nearly impossible rank to achieve, but once you do, this is as high as you can possibly go as a High rank in CoS. Your duties become running CoS, ensuring Lower Consortium are functioning smoothly, and are doing their tasks at hand.

4 - DEPARTMENT SYSTEM
Department of Progression, this department of CoS is dedicated to ensuring that CoS is up to date and moving forward with the clan community, it also ensures the HICOM is maintained for maximum participation from all members of the HICOM.
Department of Warfare, this department of CoS is dedicated to ensuring CoS finds worthy competitors to battle against, and to ensure CoS does not create or flamebattle foreign groups in an attempt to start warfare, or accidentally start warfare. As per HICOM request, they are able to scout for possible targets, reporting back with only the freshest of material. The department also deals with alliances, to save the trouble of having too many departments spread too thin with members.
Department of Internal Affairs, this department of CoS is dedicated to member satisfaction and ensuring all members of CoS are working to improve and progress as a healthy clan, creating a healthy atmosphere and inventing new ways to ensure CoS members are engaged with the group.
Department of Development, this department of CoS is dedicated to CoS technology, it ensures that CoS scripting, building, gfx and uniforms are improved and created as per when HICOM demands it.
