The Department of Commerce BUSINESS CONTRACT with Fruit News.
Fruit News, and all of its subsidiaries have legal authorization to operate within the United States. Any company that runs as an independent company running under the Department of Commerce that is absorbed to operate as a subsidiary of Fruit News will have its independent contract terminated.
Fruit News will allow 1 Board Member or Associate, from the Department of Commerce, into the company as a representative from the Department of Commerce. This person will hold no authority in running the company, but will be where monthly business reports are sent. These reports should contain: how many deals were made that month, changes in executive command, merges, requests to alterations of the contract between the Department of Commerce and Fruit News.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and permitted assigns.
This Agreement shall not be assignable or otherwise transferable by any party hereto without the prior written consent of the other parties hereto, and any purported assignment or other transfer without such consent shall be void and unenforceable.
All previous contracts between the United States Department of Commerce, and the Fruit News
are hereto and by voided, nullified, and terminated by the signing of both parties, at the time. By the passing of the contract, the Department of Commerce recognizes this document as the lone and only document upholding any law and jurisdiction upon Fruit News .
The Department of Commerce may revoke this contract at anytime but they must give a reason for the removal.
