For the really minor rule breaks, there should be hour bans, like 2 hours, 4 hours, 7 hours, 12 hours, ect, because 1 day bans are way too harsh for minor rule breaks.

I 100% disagree. You should not break the rules at all and if you do then you will get punished. One day is not even that much. 2 hours 4 hours and stuff then they can just keep doing it and getting right back on.

I agree with Monkey. Hourly bans are a slap on the wrist. There isn't going to be any behavior correction with it.
