I know that they have to be approved, but I think (since not all of us make stuff that's inappropriate) the developers of the shirt should be able to try it on ahead of time, before it's approved, so they can see if they need to make edits and not have to wait.

It's not a bad idea, but I don't see a point. A better idea would be to give top priority to players uploading content that has a cleaner record than those who do not.
