Some people who buy something don't feel like if it was a good deal. Make it so that we can get our money back and give away the hat/game purchases we bought (how refunds work). But I know, people can take advantage of this... So let's make it so that people can only refund two times for a purchase. After the first refund, the person can buy it again, but if they refund the item/pass again, then they can't buy it again. If this idea has some flaws, at least let me know or try to improve the idea.

not for game passes; they would buy it, use it for a little bit, then get a refund it would be like getting free rent and game pass sellers would have no reason to sell them for catalog items, just use catalog heaven it's that simple

@above But the idea says that only two refunds... That way people can't mess this feature.

The idea is completely flawed, but I like the concept. The ability to refund customers would benefit the community greatly. Though, it'd be difficult to exactly say how it should be done. In my opinion, the ability should be given to the developers. It'd make respectful developers stand out.

@CPTAndy I like what you're saying. I really appreciate improvements to this idea.

maybe if there's a refund window like you can get a refund if it's within 24 hours of the purchase

@above Maybe it can work that way.

The refund window is a good idea as well, but wouldn't work well in practice. For example, if I were to sell a model to a client, he could hard-save it on his desktop and then use the refund system to basically get the model for free.

IT'S FREE! Nah, just kidding, it was a joke. Nothing's free.

Then... I don't know... make saving ROBLOX items on your hardware against the rules?

They could do refunds on say certain items. Excluding t-shirt sales. Or they could make a secure system to purchase models/places.

no support. roblox just doesn't work like that.

What do you mean it just "doesn't work" like that?

@riga The economy isn't built to work like that. It would be complete chaos and destroy: -trades -limiteds -LMaD -buying limiteds -legit trades -trustworthiness

Then, do you have a way to improve this idea? I would love to hear your suggestion.

No support. Purchases are intended to be "PERMANENT". You can always sell whatever you bought to other people if you want... (usually)

@Austin But what about game purchases? Players should be able to refund those.

No they shouldn't. A major portion of income from Game Developers is Gamepasses and Developer products. If everyone simply refunded these items, Game Developers wouldn't be able to pay for the necessary advertisements to keep their games up and running with players. Also, without the robux, these developers would have no incentive for creating amazing games in the first place!

Maybe a limited amount of refunds, such as two?

IF this were to exist, I would say 1 AT MAX. And ONLY for products sold by Roblox.

OK, that sounds fair.

Terms and Conditions state no refunds on any purchases made. Back in the day, Shedletsky (Telamon at the time) had his bio as "No refunds. Ever." I'm sure Roblox still is going to uphold this ideal.
