I never consented to this when I signed up. They have no right to ban a player from games for something they never even told you you can't do, and didn't have you agree to.

This is basically saying, "Don't use our product, and you will be put on our blacklist" This blacklist being a ban list for everyone who uses the RDS service. Shouldn't be allowed, at least for this reason.

Simple solution you didn't choose: Never use an RDS in any of your games, use individual anti exploit scripts instead of "player administrators".

In Tsunami Sushi RDS gave me a warning for fixing a problem after everyone randomly got btools and I said :startertools to fix it. They had no evidence that I hacked, besides I work there. They didn't even check the exploit logs. I never trusted RDS, and now I really don't. Support.
