Proposed ideas for Metropolitan Police Force.

Hello everyone. With all of the timezone problems etc, I would like to make a suggestion. There could be two ways to enter the Metropolitan Police Force. One, Direct Entry Two, Academy Entry Direct entry is when an application is sent, and you get the rank as a constable. These constables can be tested anytime about general knowledge of policing and the general knowledge could be in a handbook. These officers need to be much more alert and can be exiled/demoted quickly, should they not prove worthy. Academy Entry is simply when you enter the academy for entry, and once your in you have proved that you are worthy to be an officer. Thanks for reading! Matt

Ultra's idea is an excellent one,but to add on, reggit could get a few instructors who live in different time zones and keep them in charge of training cadets who live in those specific time zones. Thank you, Hex

Amazing idea Matt and yes we should get more instructors for more active training time and I think that would help a lot. Thanks, Mad
