Hello my fellow Americans,
I am a cabinet candidate within Ozzymen's 2016 Presidential campaign as I stand as one of a few of the potential Secretary of Homeland Security candidates within the campaign aswell. I am asking you, the body of America, the people that make up this nation, to support me for the position of SecHLS within Ozzy's campaign. I will thoroughly discuss why I am most suitable for this position with a few main points.
1st point - My history/experience within Nusa
-I have been in literally every single department and agency within Nusa. However, I am also an eight-time Director within Nusa of both agencies and private companies. They follow as:

#Bureau of Prisons ||CHIEF/DIRECTOR||,
#Pentagon ||DIRECTOR||,
#Pentagon Force Protection Agency ||DIRECTOR||,
#Bureau of Diplomatic Security ||DIRECTOR||,
#Defense Intelligence Agency ||DEPUTY DIRECTOR||,
#Central Intelligence Agency ||DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR||,
#Bank of America ||CHIEF OPERATIONAL OFFICER||.
-As this forum was typed up, I still currently held the position of Bureau of Prisons Chief.
2nd point - My tactics for non-bias employment and events
-I am within a GMT+9.5 timezone which is almost the exact opposite to the American EST timezone. Hence I primarily operate when most of America is asleep. This may seem like a bad thing, but it has some very good benefits. When I was the Federal Protective Services Director, I hosted tryouts in the afternoon (in my timezone), which would be possibly 1AM for ESTs. That meant that any agent from an EST timezone which I employed into the FPS would be nocturnal. These days, nocturnal agents are the most effective agents as they efficiently stay active for sometimes over 12 hours a day. Those who are active for longer are the main reason I had FPS agents patrolling the streets of both LV and DC (back when DC was still active) almost 24/7. A bonus to this tactic is that anyone else within a GMT timezone has the chance to actually attend my tryouts and be employed aswell. During weekends and holidays, I also used to host FPS tryouts throughout entire days. This meant that I could still employ ordinary EST agents if I were to host tryouts at night time. This tactic was most effective in my time as FPS Director and I intend to use this tactic if appointed SecHLS.
3rd point - My administration
-If appointed SecHLS within Ozzymen's campaign, my administration would be as follows:
#Secretary - Mr_ShadowTroller (myself) - Would primarily focus on overseeing the entire department (FPS, SF, HLS and SS).
#Deputy Secretary - AnonymousHarry - Would primarily focus on directing the HLS sub-ageny in itself however would also assist the Secretary with the rest of the department when needed to do so.
#Head of Operations - JacksonTylerHall & Byc14 - JacksonTylerHall would assist me directly with managing the rest of the department (acting as a Liaison Officer between FPS, SS, SF and the HLS sub-agency). Byc14 would assist the Deputy Secretary directly with managing the HLS sub-agency in itself.
#Executive Administration - TBA - There would be around 5 EAs which would all separately manage one specific aspect of the HLS sub-agency (such as 'Head of Events','Head of Legal Affairs','Head of Foreign Affairs', 'Head of HLS Council' and 'Head of the Special Service Team').
#Homeland Security Council - TBA - There would be around 4 or 5 council members of HLS which would make executive votes on the HLS trello aswell as read and vote on HLS applications.
4tf point - First actions
-I will make three primary actions upon receiving this position if I am to do so.
#1 - Activity Check within HLS,
#2 - Construction of a HLS camp/interview center,
#3 - Mass hiring via interviews and applications (tryouts later on).
Conclusion
-As you can see I have the majority of the system planned out if I am to receive the position of Secretary of Homeland Security. It would be a great honor for you to all support me for this position above all and I would be very grateful. This is a very hard position to receive and I completely understand that fact. I promise not to be turned to the bias side of politics and remain truthful. I intend to keep the Department transparent to the general public in most predicaments (not keep secrets unless of highest importance).

Look, DHS needs to start leading the way in agencies. I have done a lot of my time as a field agent (ex FPS DD and BoP HPS), I understand the pain agents feel when all these friends get high ranks and the hard working agent is not promoted. Here is my 3 things that I want to focus on:
A) Offering high positions (applications, tryouts etc) to the general public.
B) Incorporate law into tryouts.
C) Start using LV guns at tryouts.
D) No hiring ex rogues, ex AoS etc.
E) Work with other agencies to the implement the rogue database (attempting to enforce the anti rogue acceptance bill) |

Hi, I'm current SECHLS SecretlyJacob, and I believe that MrShadowTroller is the best pick for SECHLS. I don't know why he's chosen to be modest, and exclude his experience in the main department and sub agencies of HLS, so I’ll just add on for him. Shadow did some of the finest work as the most senior Homeland Security Council member, ran the GMT events department before we did away with the burden of having so many sub divisions, and has been active as well as maintained communication despite his timezone. His work in the Federal Protective Service cannot be left out either. When I first came across him, he was about to be put up as Deputy Director by Tankify. Soon after Wiggles replaced Tankify, Wiggles saw him as a liability to his administration. I refused to have a loss of such a dedicated Hicom member, so I transfered him to HLS, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made the whole term. He’s put in his time for nearly every available spot in the DHS, and understands it probably better than anyone else.
To sum up ShadowTroller has worked long and hard for the DHS, has the experience, the know how, the connections, and the general attitude HLS should hope for. The only worry I have in this whole forum is his hicom choices. I worry Jackson doesn't have the activity to support his experience, nor do I think he'll use his experience in favor of Shadow or the DHS, infact I think he'll do the opposite and undermine Shadow at every chance he gets, publicly without his knowledge. He's proven to have done this to every other SECHLS he's been under all the way back to OhJustBiteMex3. I disagree with giving power over every sub agency to Anon. I think he doesn't have the people skills to deal with issues like public relations, I think when put in a position of opposition he goes on the defensive and escalates arguments rather than trying to find a solution, and to my knowledge he is also GMT. I think the DEPSEC should be someone he trusts in the EST timezone, so they can help him run operations in the early afternoon when he’s unavailable I don't think he'll be active or loyal enough to assist Shadow in his EST operations. Shadow is great, and he'll need great people to help him. I don't think he should settle. That's my official opinion.
