The First Order Advanced Training Guide and Requirements
[Introduction]
Once you've reached the rank of E4, you must take Advanced Training to be promoted again. Advanced Training is slightly longer than a regular training and much harder.
[Process]
During an Advanced Training, we will be focusing on teaching you Basic Drills, and focusing on your English and Grammar. Advanced Training is split into 3 parts, Basic Drills, Advanced Drills, and End Phase.
(Basic Drills)
Basic Drills are when you do faces, and learn basic commands told by the Instructor/Officer. If you are wanting to know what "Basic Drills" are, you should read the Training Guide.
(Advanced Drills)
Advanced Drills include stuff that is not used in Basic Drills.
Commands:
File Left - Move to the end of the line you are currently on, all the way to the left.
File Right - Move to the end of the line you are currently on, all the way to the right.
File Backwards - Move to the end of the last line.
File Forward - Move forward to the 1st line.
Advanced Drills may also include longer face commands. For example, "Right face, left face, right face".
(End Phase)
During the End Phase, you will be asked a various amount of questions to test your English and Grammar.
