Although I do not have an opinion on the majority of your writings, I do find the statement " No longer are intellectuals free to think and drive the world into progress if they do they will be pushed into the dark hole of media bashing and outcasting that James Watson and many others received." to be somewhat correct and relatable.
Essentially, the mainstream media controls what the majority of people see and hear, and thus control their intellectual thoughts and opinions. Unless you research every single statement these media outlets make, you normally take their word for it (of course, unless its something you know is already biased, e.g Fox News). |

inherently, the market is revolving more around STEM subjects and more jobs, and highly paid ones, are generated for it. if that's what you're suggesting, I agree. there's a difference between highly-paid jobs and absolute failure, though. |
