flavoured for the past year of leading LS has ignored all advice given to him by his HICOM; he complains about the HICOM being separated yet never utilised or effectively used them anyway. i was once sic of ls when he first got it and you can ask anyone who worked alongside me that flavoured has no care for the word of the community whatsoever.
he's had half decent hr's in his time who have all left due to his inability to lead. his idea of leading is by running a total dictatorship where he alone decides everything that is to happen with LS. i even made him a council where he would have equal decision making privileges to myself and other council members, only possessing a slight advantage over us but this would have effectively worked by splitting leadership in more way than just 1 figure; flav has never led a half successful clan so this would have been ideal to help him lead without feeling "alone" as he so quotes
he's his worst nightmare in this case, and doesn't have much trust for his hicom as it is. his previous clan, velocity nation, was a poor job in itself until i stepped in towards the end (it sounds like i'm bigging myself up but i'm not, just saying it as it is). this was due to flav's inability to lead. now don't get me wrong, no one is a perfect leader and i'm just as bad sometimes as witnessed in the past, but to complain on the forums about being alone is not something you do as a leader, but instead you actually take action upon it. flav has sulked here before so i show no sympathy for him, and nor should anyone else. he has had ample opportunities to get assistance and has thrown it away.
i consider flav somewhat like a friend so this isn't a bash, but i dislike the way he is guilt tripping others die to his incapabilities. if he truly want to improve then the only way he does it is by listening, not letting every half decent hicom leave because of his ignorance.
what i say may sound harsh, and you can debate upon that, but it's with reason and i could go on further myself but about to hit work and on my phone anyway. |

the ice legion situation is stupid; flav is now considering having a leader yet he's had 3 chances to give the group to decent leaders who had everything ready for it. however flav is rather greedy, using it to take the funds it still gets from the uniforms on sale.
again, he's his own worse nightmare as to why things never work out or get done, and it makes me believe half the stuff he says is bs anyway |

yes, I recognized this about him in a brief conversation. he has experience with making a place bring visitors in and making money from it, and thinks that alone could lead to a successful group. it can't. |

exactly; although he's good in the sense that he doesn't care for winning and losing, he genuinely doesn't care at all for the welfare of LS and IL. it's all for the money, don't fall for his guilt tripping |
